Why do products cost less than developers?

Payment and download

What are points? How to download a theme or a plugin?

Points are the virtual currency used for purchases on the website. You can purchase points by using the payment buttons on the next page Buy Points. We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe service. After receiving the payment, the points will be credited to the balance of your account automatically.

After registering and purchasing the points, you need to go to the product page and click the “Download for X points” button, the product page will be reloaded and the “Download” button will be available. Click “Download” button for start downloading the product.

What if I did not receive points after the payment?

Please note that the recharge time can take up to 30 min. Depending on the load on the payment system. Also after the payment please return to the website. If the points are not added, please create a request to our support service using the ticketing system on the website.

Does points have expiry date?

There is no expiry date for points. The points will be on the balance of your account until you spend them.

Can I download previously purchased products?

Yes, you can download previously purchased products. (We are do not support Update)

Can I make a refund?

We can do refund if the product you downloaded from the website was completely unusable.

Why a refund Point may not be given

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

Are the products on the website original?

What are the guarantees that the products on the website do not contain malicious code, viruses or advertisements?

We provide open source software. You can check by yourself any product downloaded from our website and make sure that our files are downloaded directly from the developers and do not contain malicious code, viruses or ads.

To check the product for malicious code, for example, use the plugins Exploit ScannerWordfenceAcunetix WP SecuritySucuri SecurityAntivirus, the service VirusTotal or the scanner Aibolit.

In the list of antiviruses VirusTotal there are Chinese antivirus solutions, such as Bkav, Jiangmin, Rising, Cyren. Such antiviruses often check the code simply for the presence of function eval, base64_encode/decode, etc. Although the presence of such constructions in the php-code does not at all mean that the code is malicious, and many developers use these functions for their own purposes (packing/unpacking data, custom fonts in css and others).

For this reason, Chinese antiviruses often detect on absolutely clean files downloaded directly from developers. This is called false positives. Usually on VirusTotal when checking the files, the detection rate for false positives of 1-2 (Chinese) antivirus out of 55. In case the detection rate is higher – it may be highly likely that within the file being checked, there may be malicious code or a virus present.

We do not provide any licensing or trial/commercial keys when you purchase digital products.
